3 Weeks

Samuel is 3 weeks old today, *sniff, sniff*. It's really going way too fast. Despite all of the sleepless nights, hormonal moments, and chores left undone it's really wonderful having a newborn in the house again. I'm sad for how fast these days go. There's something so perfect about spending an afternoon snuggled up on the couch with a sleeping baby.

He's doing really well. Not sure how much he weighs but I can tell he's getting heavier and definately chunkier. He's still a pretty easy-going baby too, just gets frustrated when he's gassy or having a hard time falling asleep. He does not care for riding in the car though. Takes after Isaac as an infant with that.

The boys still completely love him. Isaac said today that he "loves Sammy more than anything in the whole world. Even more than going to Wal-Mart and buying a hundred million toys". That's pretty high praise coming from him!

Here's my guy at 3 weeks old. He scratched himself on his cheek today, poor little thing.
